Menu day 1

• 2 types of sweet tartlet: Chocolate and Passion fruit
• 2 types of cake: Carrot with chocolate syrup and cornmeal cake with guava pieces;
• 2 types of puff pastry: ham with cheese and chicken puff pastry with cream cheese;
• 02 types of mini sandwiches:
  • Milk Bread with Ham, Prato Cheese and Catupiry;
  • Brioche bread with smoked sirloin and Catupiry with carrots;
• industrialized mix

Menu 2nd day

• 2 types of sweet tartlet: Prestige and Passion fruit
• 2 types of cake: Apple cake with cinnamon and Anthill cake
• 2 types of puff pastry: Chedda puff pastry and Broccoli puff pastry;
• 02 types of mini sandwiches:
  • Wholegrain bread with turkey breast, white cheese and cream cheese;
  • Wholemeal bread with spinach, grated carrot and ricotta;
• industrialized mix

Menu day 3

• 2 types of sweet tartlet: Brigadeiro and Lemon
• 2 types of cake: Orange and Banana with Cinnamon
• 2 types of puff pastry: Calabrese and Escarole
• 02 types of mini sandwiches:
  • Milk Bread with Salami, Dish Cheese and Cream Cheese;
  • Milk bread with vegetable ricotta.
• Industrialized mix

Important information

The minimum order is 30 people per day (product quantityb equals 1). To buy for twice as many people, simply add the value 2 to the quantity.

There will be three refills a day:

• 1 hour before the event opens
• 15h00
• 18h00

Top-of-the-range disposables are not used.
