CIVIL LIABILITY (R$ 1.000.000,00)
This cover covers bodily injury, material damage and moral damage caused to third parties by the exhibitor and its contractors during the installation, realization and dismantling of the event/stand. Third parties include the public, neighbouring stands, contractors, the organizer, among others. In addition, the cover protects employees, installation, assembly and dismantling operations, damage to the space rented for the event and the contents of the venue, falling structures, as well as other types of physical, material and moral damage. Expenses incurred in defending the exhibitor in civil court are also covered.
PERSONAL ACCIDENTS (R$ 50.000,00/person)
Compensation in the event of accidents that may occur to the Exhibitor's Staff. It covers accidental death, partial or total permanent disability in the event of an accident and medical, hospital and dental expenses. This cover is independent of the exhibitor's civil liability.
VARIOUS RISKS
GOODS FOR THE EVENT, EXHIBITION AND DEMONSTRATION (R$ 100.000,00)
Payment of compensation for damage and/or loss that may occur before, during or after the event with materials such as furniture, decorative items, objects and equipment on display, scenographic objects, equipment for holding the event, stands, temporary structures, etc.
